Blue Trim Level

 

The Blue trim level's primary differences are that it has a dual-clutch transmission to switch the gears of the vehicle and a different brake system from the other trim levels. It also features its own 15-inch Eco-spoke wheels, a six-way driver seat, and projector headlights to help you see in the rain and dark. The Blue trim level also has an AM/FM HD Radio audio system, and a 4.2-inch LCD instrument cluster.

 

SE Trim Level

 

The SE trim level comes with its own features. These include a regenerative braking system, which recovers energy that would normally convert into heat and stores it for later use in the hybrid electric motors of the vehicle. It also has paddle-shifters so you can change the gear of your vehicle without releasing the steering wheel. The SE trim level also comes with projector headlights, a 10-way power heated driver seat with lumbar support, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.

 

SEL Trim Level

 

Among the features of the SEL trim level are 17-inch Eco-spoke alloy wheels, LED headlights and taillights, and a power tilt-and-slide sunroof. You can also experience features such as premium cloth seating, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, an eight-inch display audio system with a high-resolution touchscreen, and a wireless device charging feature. Finally, the SEL trim level comes with a late following assist (LFA) feature that helps you stay in your lane while on the roads.

 

Limited Trim Level

 

The Limited trim level comes with several features to increase your feeling of luxury in this hybrid vehicle. These features include a highway driving assist (HDA) system, forward and reverse parking warning sensors, and chrome accent door handles. This trim level also features floor-mounted rear-seat HVAC vents for the rear passengers, leather seating surfaces and an integrated memory system (IMS) for the front driver seat. The engine of the 2022 Hyundai IONIQ is a 1.6-liter 16-valve four-cylinder combustion engine that can output 104 horsepower at 5,700 revolutions per minute  and 109 lb-ft of torque at 4,000 rpm. The vehicle also has an interior-permanent magnetic synchronous electric motor system, which can output 125 lb-ft of torque when you engage the system. Combined, the vehicle outputs 139 horsepower total. The vehicle is front-wheel drive (FWD) and has a six-speed transmission with a dual-clutch system.

The vehicle also comes with a MacPherson Strut front suspension system with coil springs and gas shock absorbers and a multi-link rear suspension system to keep your road trips as smooth as possible. For the SEL and Limited trim levels, the vehicle has 38.2 inches of headroom in the vehicle's front and 37.4 inches of headroom in the rear. The legroom across all trim levels is 42.2 inches in the front and 35.7 inches in the back. Finally, the vehicle has 26.5 cubic feet of cargo volume so you can stow your items.

 

Entertainment Features

 

For entertainment, the 2022 Hyundai IONIQ has charging ports for your smart devices and cell phones, USB input jacks, and a sound system so you can hear your navigation and entertainment features.
