“ I went in a few days ago having done my research in terms of the vehicle I wanted and about what I was looking at pricing/financing wise but I wanted to see the vehicle in person. Robert was the first face I saw and he was able to show me a version of the car I wanted since they didn’t have the exact version I wanted. I left having exchanged contact information and him letting me know that he would let me know when something arrived that fit what I was looking for. The next day he let me know that something had arrived overnight that fit what I was looking for and we scheduled a test drive for today. While I hadn’t planned on purchasing today, I couldn’t resist. I’m sure it was a combination of my being ready, his savvy salesmanship, but also his in-depth knowledge of what I was looking for and the features of the car. I did come in with trade in options and negotiated on that end. It did take a long time, but it’s been about 10 years since I last purchased a car so who knows if that’s typical. I had my son with me and Robert interacted with him as well and asked what he thought about the vehicle which made the experience even more special considering the last time I bought a car, I was eight months pregnant with him. I can’t speak to the service area, but I will update when it comes time to get my vehicle serviced for an oil change or anything else should I need it, but for now I would definitely look for Robert for any of your sales needs if you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, kind, and listens to your concerns. And I LOVE my 20206 Hyundai Tuscan Hybrid Limited! ”

“ I recently had my car in for service and had a great experience from start to finish. I previously had my vehicle serviced at a local auto shop and was told because there were no service lights showing on my vehicle they could not detect nor fix my vehicle problem. After several times of taking my truck to the mechanic I decided to take it into the dealership afraid of being told the same thing. I scheduled the appointment, dropped my car off to be serviced in fear that I was wasting my money and time on the diagnostic test. When recieving a call from the dealership I was advised that no service lights were showing. However they would have the advanced technician check further into the problem. This was a sign of relief because I felt heard and not just brushed off as a woman. I was advised that they would need to keep my car for approximately 24 to 48 hours. After 24 hours as promised I was contacted to discuss the findings. Which meant alot because communication is everythig to me. My vehicle is my life line for me and my family. They were able to fix my vehicle and I have not had any issues moving forward. I would definetly recommend getting your car serviced here not because of the name but because of the quality of service provided. ”
